Our story
Next Wealth is the brainchild of three complementary individuals: Filip, Lukas, and Michal. Their shared journey began when Lukas and Michal, after developing and selling their business, realized the existing wealth management options did not align with their needs. Determined to create a better solution, they teamed up with Filip to establish Next Wealth, a progressive investment boutique designed to cater to the distinctive requirements of high-net-worth individuals.
Our story
Next Wealth is the brainchild of three complementary individuals: Filip, Lukas, and Michal. Their shared journey began when Lukas and Michal, after developing and selling their business, realized the existing wealth management options did not align with their needs. Determined to create a better solution, they teamed up with Filip to establish Next Wealth, a progressive investment boutique designed to cater to the distinctive requirements of high-net-worth individuals.
Filip
Filip Kejla has more than 25 years of experience in investment companies, including Wood & Company, Raiffeisenbank, and BH Securities. He has held various positions in management, trading, and sales departments. Throughout his career, he has executed thousands of transactions and trades. He has gained valuable knowledge from a number of shocks that capital markets have undergone. He has experienced the oil crisis, the dot-com bubble, the September 11 attacks, the credit crisis, and the COVID-19 crisis. He has been involved in a number of successful mergers and acquisitions, company listings on the stock exchange, as well as venture and private equity projects. In Next Wealth, he has decided to fulfill his long-standing dream of building a new platform that connects the worlds of investment, wealth management and education for all those interested in the world of investing.
Lukas
Lukáš Kružberský has been involved in business for 20 years. He has worked in various positions at T-Mobile, Vodafone, ETA, and Zoot. As a Business Director & Partner, he worked at the digital agency Red Media, which he and other partners from Kindred Group later sold to the multinational company Publicis. This was the largest M&A transaction in the advertising market in the Czech Republic. His passion is building disruptive business models in the segments of professional services and technologies. As a long-time client of Filip's, he often debated with him on how to redefine the stereotypes of today's wealth management and how to make investment know-how accessible to a wider range of interested parties.
Michal
Michal Nýdrle was born into a family of entrepreneurs who followed the principles established by Tomáš Baťa. This inspired him to start his first business just before he turned twenty. His companies Nydrle and RedMedia, which are the core of the future Kindred Group, soon established themselves as digital and advertising leaders and disruptors of the CEE market. In 2019, he and his partners navigated the Kindred Group through a successful exit. He has also been active in investing both on stock markets as well as in property to help him balance his media activities. His mission for a more permanent impact and social responsibility also led him towards participation in the Petr Pavel presidential campaign and several other local activities that aim to preserve the local heritage and the wealth of the Czech nation. Michal loves to sail with his family and has attempted to sail around the world with them.
